The Edition Residences in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is the newest luxury condo tower planned for Fort Lauderdale Beach. This two tower project located directly on the Intracoastal is being developed by Location Venture out of Coral Gables.

Building Amenities

Each of the condo towers will be 11 stories tall and contain 4 residences per floor. The majority of the residences will be 2 bedroom plus dens approximately 2400 interior sq/ft and 3 bedroom plus dens approximately 2800 sq/ft. Balconies will range from 400-800 sq/ft and include summer kitchens.The Edition will also include 9 ground level villas with private plunge pools and expansive terraces. There will also be 4 penthouses, 2 in each tower that flow-thru east to west with approximately 4,400 interior sq/ft.Each residence will come finished and furniture ready. Flooring and closets will be included. Owners will enjoy wine coolers as well as Wolf and Subzero appliances in the kitchens. The ceiling height in each condo will be 10′.Residences will have the option of valeting or self parking their vehicles. Each condo unit at The Edition will come with at least 2 assigned parking spaces which will be located on the 3rd and 4th floor. The rooftops on both towers will be amenities designated to wellness and take advantage of the water and ocean views.
