The luxury that comes synonymous with the name Four Seasons is coming to Fort Lauderdale. The latest joint project from Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures, world renowned luxury real estate developers, will be the first project of its kind on the beach in Fort Lauderdale in eight years. This exclusive property will consist of 95 full time luxury residences and 150 hotel residences. The 23-story project is slated for 2018 completion and final residence numbers are still subject to change. The building will be located on a sprawling 1.8 acre piece of beachfront property located at 521 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Final floorplans for residences are still in development, but they are expected to range from 800 square feet to 6,000 square feet with one, two, or three bedroom options. The project includes a world-renowned design team for both the interior and exterior of the building.
