Steven Seigel
Founder & senior realtor
Steven has established himself as one of South Florida’s top luxury real estate agents over the past decade. His markets of expertise include Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Licensed since 2006, Steven started out working on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap. It was here that he honed his skills evaluating and analyzing investment grade properties. After discovering an opportunity in the South Florida luxury condo market, Steven took his marketing and analytical skills and applied them to one of South Florida’s most competitive real estate markets.
Kelly Charles
Founder & senior realtor
With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in the sale of luxury condos and homes from Fort Lauderdale to Fisher Island. Prior to her partnership in the Luxury Team, Kelly was the top grossing agent of Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences. Her clients range from local and international including CEO’s, executives, hedge-fund managers, and vacationers who all have praised her hard work, commitment, knowledge, negotiating skills, and warm persona. Originally from Ascot, Berkshire England, Kelly obtained a BSc in Mathematics with Statistics at the University of Southampton.


David Simonetta

A native of Rochester, Michigan, David Simonetta has worked as a real estate professional since he completed his Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University in 2005, and is proud of his progression and successes in the industry. David’s commitment to his clients is to offer transparency at all points of the process, so you never have to feel out of the loop or uninformed. A terrific work ethic, consistently striving towards a better and more productive outcome, a real negotiation expert. As a real estate agent, David works with both buyers and sellers, with extensive commercial, industrial and residential knowledge. Beth is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in luxury waterfront estates, country club communities, and new construction condominiums in Boca Raton and Lighthouse Point. A Boca Raton native and current Lighthouse Point resident, she offers clients unmatched local expertise and a passion for the market. Beth has made a significant impact in the industry and brings her experience and dedication to every transaction since entering real estate in 2018.Prior to her successful real estate career, Beth was a practicing attorney and holds a master’s degree in accounting.
